Terms of Service

The Blue Meridian Marketplace Audit Engine (the “Service”) is an analytics and reporting tool operated by Blue Meridian Advisory. It connects to your Amazon Selling Partner and Amazon Ads accounts, or accepts report files you upload, and produces a scored, revenue-valued audit report with a prioritized action plan. The Service performs read-only analysis and reporting and does not modify your listings, inventory, pricing, or advertising.

The Service is a paid service offered on a quote basis. Pricing depends on your catalog size and the number of marketplaces audited. Request a quote at support@blumead.com and we will provide specific pricing before any charges apply. No fees are incurred until you accept a quote.

You represent that you are authorised to connect the Amazon accounts you provide and to share the data they contain. You agree to use the Service in compliance with Amazon’s policies and applicable law, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its output without our written consent.

By connecting an Amazon account you authorise the Service to retrieve the reports required to produce your audit. You may revoke this access at any time through your Amazon account settings or by contacting us; revocation takes effect immediately for future data retrieval.

The audit and its recommendations are provided for informational purposes to help you understand and improve your Amazon account. They are estimates based on the data available at the time of analysis and do not guarantee any specific revenue, ranking, or business outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Meridian Advisory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the audit giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
