Blue Meridian Advisory (“Blue Meridian,” “we,” “us”) operates the Blue Meridian Marketplace Audit Engine (the “Service”), an analytics and reporting tool that audits an Amazon selling account and produces a scored, revenue-valued report. This policy explains what information we process, why, and how we protect it.

To produce an audit, the Service processes data from the Amazon accounts you choose to connect or upload:

• Amazon Selling Partner API data — sales and traffic reports, catalog and listing data, inventory and FBA reports, financial and settlement events, and related seller report types.
• Amazon Ads API data — campaign, keyword, and search-term performance reports.
• Account identifiers you provide — brand label, marketplace, and seller ID, used to organise your report.
• Contact details you provide — such as the email address you use to request a quote or support.

We do not request or store buyer personally identifiable information (PII). The Service performs read-only analysis; it does not place, modify, or delete orders, listings, inventory, or advertising campaigns.

We use the connected data solely to generate, render, and deliver your audit report and to provide support. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or use it to train external models. Your data is used only for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

When you connect an Amazon account, the authorization is exchanged for a refresh token. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and are used only to retrieve the reports needed for your audit. You can revoke the Service’s access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads account settings, which immediately invalidates the token.

Data and generated reports are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We apply encryption in transit and at rest and limit access to authorised personnel. We retain audit data only as long as needed to deliver and support your report, and we delete it on request. To request deletion of your data or revocation of access, email support@blumead.com.

Our handling of Amazon information complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. We process Amazon information only to provide the audit service you requested and never for advertising, resale, or any purpose outside delivering the Service.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw your connection at any time. Contact us at support@blumead.com and we will respond promptly.
